1. Scope of Application

These conditions regulate the sale of products offered on the website owned by VETA MINERAL S.L. By making a purchase, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.

Important Ticketing Exclusion: These Shopping Conditions apply exclusively to physical merchandise. Festival tickets are sold and processed through the external platform Resident Advisor (RA) and are strictly governed by RA’s Terms of Use. Under Article 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Law (RDL 1/2007), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets. All ticket sales are final.

2. Products

The online store offers physical merchandise products (t-shirts, mugs, sweatshirts, etc.). All products are new and are described with their essential characteristics on their respective product pages.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include the current applicable VAT (Value Added Tax). Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and added during the checkout process before final confirmation.

4. Purchasing Process

The customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart, and provide the necessary billing and shipping details. Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, an email will be sent confirming the purchase.

We accept the following payment methods through secure payment gateways:

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Stripe

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but generally are as follows:

• Mainland Spain (Península): 2-5 business days
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 4-7 business days

The customer will be notified when the order has been dispatched. In accordance with European consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only when the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, notifying us via email. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed).

• Return Costs: The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our facilities.
• Exceptions: Returns of custom-made or personalized products are not accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
